Really good Stay Experience
fantastic room comfortable bed helpful staff
My room was fantastic. It was like a two-room suite because of its split design. I also found the bed really very comfortable. It was nicer than my own bed at home! The hotel staff are accommodating and helpful.
The breakfast buffet offered almost the same menu each day.

The large swimming pool is clean, a feature I enjoyed. It enhanced my stay. Daily cleaning service kept the premises super clean. There is also a large and clean swimming pool. I made sure to use it daily.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. The hotel is near the Internet City metro station. I found it very convenient for travel. It made accessing various parts of the city easy.

broken refrigerator broken door
the breakfast had a huge variety it was acceptable
the refrigerator in my room did not work i bought some food on the first night and woke up to a smelly room the next morning also the door for the balcony did not work these issues were quite frustrating

crowded breakfast area disorganized arrangement
The breakfast area was excessively crowded. It was often difficult to find a vacant table, and the arrangement felt disorganized. ONE morning, i even had to wait almost half an hour for a table. The noise level made it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal (it felt more like a hectic cafeteria than a restaurant).

Good Hotel, Some Issues

The staff was friendly. Amgad at reception stood out! The hotel is near the Dubai Internet City metro station. This location is convenient! There were also free transfers from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates and Marina Mall.
The food in the restaurant was not good. It seemed like a cafeteria. The food options were limited! The food was cold when I visited. the WiFi was slow, particularly in the evenings. I needed to buy a local data sim for my business needs!

Fantastic Experience!
quick service clean pool perfect cooling
I really loved the quick service throughout the hotel, it was amazing! The pool was great. I appreciated how clean it was maintained. The rooms were quite big and the cooling system worked perfectly. I found that very important in the climate.
The gym could use some updating, many machines seemed old.

The pool area included many loungers, thus offering ample space for relaxation and sunbathing, I liked this aspect. The corridors were clean and smelled beautiful. It was a cute environment.

The staff were amazing and helpful. I was impressed by their positive attitudes. The kitchen staff worked hard to serve a large number of people, this ensured everyone was well-fed.

The hotel is close to the Internet City Metro station, so it was easy to get around! A supermarket nearby offers convenient access to snacks and other necessities.
